Schalke sign BEUMER Group as new main partner
FC Schalke 04 have named BEUMER Group as their new main partner from the 2026/27 season in a multi-year front-of-shirt deal designed to strengthen planning certainty and expand the sponsor’s brand reach.
FC Schalke 04 have agreed a new main partnership with BEUMER Group that will begin in the 2026/27 season and run until at least 2029, with the contract set to apply regardless of the division they are playing in.The agreement makes the Beckum-headquartered intralogistics specialist the club’s front-of-shirt sponsor, giving Schalke long-range commercial visibility across a core inventory asset.Matthias Tillmann, CEO of FC Schalke 04, said: “BEUMER Group and Schalke 04 have found the right partner in each other. We share fundamental values such as reliability, hard work and a spirit of innovation. Both partners are rooted in a strong regional identity that still defines them today.”The partnership includes shirt-front exposure in league and DFB-Pokal matches, alongside a broader package of advertising rights at the VELTINS-Arena and across Schalke’s digital channels.Schalke positioned the timing of the deal as a strategic milestone, signalling that key commercial assets have been secured well ahead of the season the sponsorship activates.Tillmann said: “Signing such a long-term partnership with BEUMER Group gives us planning certainty regardless of which league we are in. We have now secured long-term agreements for the kit supplier, sleeve sponsor and front-of-shirt sponsor for at least the next two seasons.”Financial terms were not disclosed, but the structure is designed to reduce downside risk for the club by keeping the main-partner relationship intact in the event of promotion or relegation.BEUMER Group linked the agreement to both regional identity and global positioning, using the platform to support brand awareness and recruitment in a competitive labour market.Rudolf Hausladen, CEO of BEUMER Group, said: “This partnership underlines our commitment to the region, while also raising the company’s profile as we continue to meet the demands of being a global technology leader in intralogistics.”The company also emphasised historic ties to the Ruhr region, including its early work supplying conveyor technology to mining and heavy industry, and a longstanding association with Schalke through former goalkeeper Hans Klodt, who later worked for the company.BEUMER Group employs more than 6,000 people across more than 70 countries, and reported record performance in 2025, with incoming orders of around €1.83bn and revenue of €1.34bn during its 90th anniversary year.
