Fulham uses Go Privilege deal to extend Craven Cottage beyond matchday
Fulham’s Go Privilege partnership underlines the club’s wider strategy of using Fulham Pier to create year-round commercial inventory around Craven Cottage and diversify revenues beyond matchday football.
Fulham have appointed luxury travel and event hospitality specialist Go Privilege as their Official Concierge Partner, extending the agreement across Fulham Pier and its new Sæl Spa as the club broadens the commercial use of the Craven Cottage estate beyond football.Go Privilege will provide concierge services to supporters, commercial partners and hospitality guests, as well as Lighthouse Social members and guests staying at Fulham Pier’s boutique hotel.Fulham chief revenue officer Jon Don Carolis said: “Their commitment to delivering exceptional service and carefully tailored experiences aligns strongly with the standards we aim to provide across Fulham Football Club and Fulham Pier.”The partnership gives Go Privilege access to a customer base extending beyond matchgoing supporters. Its services include premium event access, luxury accommodation, travel, dining and personalised itineraries across sport, entertainment and culture.Financial terms and the length of the agreement were not disclosed. The wider significance is Fulham’s continued development of Fulham Pier as a commercial asset distinct from the football club’s traditional matchday business. The riverside development combines food and beverage, events, a 13-room boutique hotel and Lighthouse Social private members’ club, while Sæl Spa is scheduled to open this summer. That creates additional partnership categories and customer touchpoints around the stadium, allowing Fulham to package commercial relationships across football, hospitality, leisure and lifestyle rather than limiting activation to matches at Craven Cottage.Go Privilege’s appointment also connects several of those premium audiences. Supporters, corporate guests, hotel customers and private members can all sit within the same service proposition, giving the partnership a practical role in the customer experience rather than operating solely as a branding arrangement.Go Privilege owner Mark Hooper said: “This collaboration is a proud milestone for Go Privilege and provides an opportunity to deliver world-class travel and event experiences.”Fulham Pier opened to the public in June 2025 and has since developed partnerships across categories including food and beverage, luxury goods, technology and wellness. The concierge agreement adds another layer to that strategy as Fulham seek to establish the Craven Cottage site as a year-round destination and increase the commercial value generated by the stadium beyond Premier League matchdays.
