FC Bayern extend Coca-Cola partnership for five years
FC Bayern have extended their partnership with Coca-Cola for another five years, taking one of the club’s longest-running commercial relationships beyond the half-century mark.
FC Bayern have agreed a five-year extension of their longstanding partnership with Coca-Cola, with the drinks company retaining a significant presence at the Allianz Arena.The relationship has already lasted for more than 50 years and ranks among the longest commercial partnerships in the German champions’ history.Coca-Cola will continue to provide an extensive range of non-alcoholic drinks to supporters attending Bayern home matches, while the renewed agreement also includes selected fan engagement activity involving the club’s men’s and women’s teams.The partnership will expand to include Powerade, Coca-Cola’s sports drink brand, strengthening the company’s involvement in hydration products and athlete performance.FC Bayern executive vice-chairman Michael Diederich said: “Long-term and reliable partnerships are part of FC Bayern’s DNA – and our unique success story with Coca-Cola now spans more than 50 years.“We are delighted to continue having this exceptionally loyal, globally renowned and strong partner at our side and to expand our cooperation.”The extension provides Coca-Cola with continued access to one of European football’s most prominent club and stadium platforms.The Allianz Arena recorded an average attendance of more than 75,000 for Bayern’s domestic league fixtures during the 2025/26 season, while the club’s international following provides the brand with additional visibility beyond Germany.Andreas Laub of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners said: “The partnership with FC Bayern is something very special for Coca-Cola – it represents continuity, trust and shared success stories across generations.“We are delighted to continue this journey together and to align our cooperation even more closely with the needs of fans in the future.”The renewal reflects Bayern’s broader emphasis on retaining established commercial partners while expanding agreements into additional product categories and fan-facing activation.Coca-Cola will remain closely integrated into the matchday experience at the Allianz Arena, with the addition of Powerade broadening the partnership beyond traditional soft-drink supply.
