brief

Ajax have renewed their partnership with Olympia until at least 2029, extending an agreement built around youth development, employment opportunities and social impact. The employment agency will remain an official partner of the club, main sponsor of the Ajax Academy and title partner of the Olympia Future Cup.Ajax commercial director Cas Biesta said: “We are delighted that Olympia has committed its future to Ajax for the long term.“Talent development is at the heart of our club, and it is exactly in that area where Ajax and Olympia share the same vision. The fact that Olympia has chosen to remain connected to our academy, the Olympia Future Cup and Ajax's first team demonstrates the confidence they have in our shared future.“We are also proud of what we have achieved together beyond the football pitch. Through initiatives such as Uitgelezen Kans, we have shown that a partnership can also make a real social impact.”Olympia will also continue to appear on the back of the Ajax first-team shirt, retaining a visible asset across domestic and international coverage. The renewal extends a partnership that began in 2024, when Ajax and Olympia aligned around shared themes of talent development and opportunity creation. The commercial structure combines first-team visibility with academy rights and community programming, giving Olympia a broader association than a conventional shirt inventory deal. The Olympia Future Cup remains an important part of the package, linking the brand directly to one of Ajax’s most recognised youth football platforms.Olympia chief executive Dimitri Yocarini said: “From the very beginning, our partnership with Ajax has been about much more than visibility.“We strongly identify with the way Ajax develops talent, creates opportunities and helps people get the very best out of themselves. That is why we are proud to extend this partnership and remain connected to the Ajax Academy, the Olympia Future Cup and Ajax's first team in the years ahead.“Together, we have made great progress over the past few years, both commercially and socially. We look forward to building on that momentum and continuing to invest in the future together.”The partnership also includes Uitgelezen Kans, a social initiative through which Ajax and Olympia work together to tackle low literacy. The extension gives Ajax long-term continuity around one of their academy-focused commercial relationships and keeps Olympia embedded across the club’s first-team, youth and social impact platforms.
